Summary

Lithophane calibration wheel specifically for 0.12mm (magic number) step size.

All of the other lithophane calibration prints I could find on thingiverse were on a 0.1 step size. But on a printer like the Ender3, which has a 0.04 z-step, means that some layers get rounded up or down to the closest step interval. Using 0.04mm steps you only occasionally hit even 0.1mm multiple layer heights (yes 0.2 and 0.4, but not 0.1 or 0.3, etc).

Printing using magic numbers on an Ender3 means that most people will use a high resolution of 0.12mm layer height.
So I designed this calibration wheel so that when printed at 0.12mm layer height each segment will be exactly 1 layer higher. With no segments being fudged thicker or thinner.
The first segment is 1 layer (0.12mm), 2nd segment is 2 layers (0.24mm)...the 25th segment is 25 layers (3mm).

This should give an ideal indication of the opacity of each thickness you printer is capable of, from 0.12mm to 3mm.
