Using double sliding bearings for better performance
Based on many other peoples designs but I found with my printer that I needed a few tweaks to get the best results as most of them were fusing the bearings.
Improvements
1) Reduced the internal angles to 30 degrees from 45
2) Added internal details to reduce contact surface, friction and edges that might bind.
2) 45 degree angle to capture the pennies better
3) increased the tolerance to 0.3mm (there is a 0.25mm attached)
