to pause the print before your printer begins working on the lip that will
seal in the bearing. This can be done by inserting two lines of code right
after the command to raise the Z axis like so:

If your printer is a Marlin or the firmware is setup as one the M226
command should be omitted in favor of:
G1 X100 F50 ; move the printhead to X100 at 50mm/min

changing the parameters in the SolidWorks Part file, In here it is also
possible to change the tolerances of the bearing, diameter of the rod and the
resting lip.
